Nerd Teas has been a vague dream of owner Jocelyn Trim since its inception as a simple tea house years before it found its name, normally with the plan to be close to her husband’s future dream comic book store. While the youthful idea never became anything but, it was always in the back of her mind and it wasn’t until after the birth of her daughters in which she decided to take that long time wishful dream and see it fully realized.

Nerd: a person who has excessive enthusiasm for and some expertise about a specialized subject or activity.

Settled in the growing city of Woodstock, Ontario. Nerd Teas, not content to simply sit on the sidelines, has decided to instead embrace its geeky upbringing. Being a nerd or geek became about being true to yourself, of being passionate about your interests and proud of your abilities. It became about embracing yourself wholly, and to damn what others thought.

Nerd Teas is proud of its love for tea and wants to share that passion with you.
